Product Description

Aluminium golden anodizing is a process of creating a golden color on the surface of CNC Aluminium Profiles through anodization. Anodizing is an electrochemical process that creates a protective oxide layer on the surface of aluminium. During the anodizing process, the Fabricated Aluminium Profiles with CNC Machining is immersed in an electrolytic solution and an electric current is passed through it. This causes the surface of the aluminium to oxidize, creating a layer of aluminium oxide that is highly resistant to corrosion and wear.

To create a golden color, the anodizing process is performed using a special dye that is added to the electrolytic solution. The dye is absorbed into the porous oxide layer, creating a permanent color that is resistant to fading and wear. The shade of golden color can be adjusted by varying the concentration of the dye in the solution and the duration of the anodizing process.
